Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it or offer a refund.

  • Unopened Items: If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us through our online chat in the store during regular business hours with your order number and a description of the issue. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our online chat during regular business hours. Include your order number and photos of the damaged/defective items. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement or offer a full refund.

Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs for Returns
